Non Violent Communication

Non-Violent Communication (abbreviated NVC) also called Compassionate Communication or Collaborative Communication is an approach to nonviolent living developed by Marshall Rosenberg beginning in the 1960s. Join UUCB members and hosts of “The Couple’s Conversation” Tanja and Antoine Bell as they discuss how non-violent communication has aided society in racial issues and how we need to continue the process by having intentional conversations regarding race relations.
